Within two weeks we run pilot sessions and provide a starter communications pack so staff know what’s on offer. We adapt sessions to fit your space (boardroom, breakout area, or studio) and make sure safety and accessibility are covered.


Amplify

Every month we review engagement, attendance, and feedback. We adjust the mix of sessions, add new modules if needed, and keep the program fresh so staff stay motivated and involved.

Measuring Impact


Quick pulse surveys before and after sessions (1 minute each) to track stress, focus, and energy.


Attendance and repeat participation to show how many staff come back regularly.
